Babiole in Ravensburg

Ice coffee and cake were delicious and served quickly. The male waitress was unfortunately a bit rude (looked as if he was being forced to work) therefore "only" ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great products, but very bad staff. For breakfast spoons were served instead of knives, when asked you got an unfriendly answer and the coffee you ordered never arrived.

The best tarte flambée far and wide. The staff is very, very nice and accommodating. One of my favorite places in Ravensburg

A delicious cold beer on Marienplatz, with a freshly made Dinnete, what more could you want? ? The service was very friendly and the tables were clean, that was our conclusion on our last visit. At first we sat outside, but since many wasps suddenly found our food very tasty, we were allowed to "flee" inside. We'll be back anyway

If 20 minutes were not observed, then left again ... By the way, the hygiene concept is not lived i.e. no cleaning of the tables.

Very slow, inattentive service, which despite demand asked us to sit 3/4 hours before we could place an order with a moderately friendly service staff. In general, the service staff were very awkward, I have rarely experienced such poor service quality. Similar reports were made in the other reviews. Waiting for another half an hour, we finally received our tarte flambé. To my disappointment they were on my vegetarian !! Flammkuchen (Flammkuchen Babiole) isolated pieces of bacon that have probably fallen over from another Flammkuchen. I noticed this at the first bite. This is an absolute no-go for vegetarians, as it can spoil the taste of the entire food. Even when you later went to the shop to pay, you noticed that despite the low level of operation and at least 3 service staff (the one I could see) there was chaos behind the counter and everyone was overwhelmed. Because of this experience, I unfortunately cannot give more than one star. The simplest things are not mastered in Babiole, you seem to rest here on having a restaurant in a top location. For me it is clear: never again Babiole. I don’t leave a single penny here, because in return you get lousy quality at all levels.

After reading the reviews I was very unsure if it was wise to make a reservation here. But it was a good decision. I can only say that these reviews were 100% wrong here on Google. Friendly staff, they were certainly not 100% trained, but the oldest was maybe 30, so you can't expect 40 years of professional experience! Food was quick because everything was very tasty. Staff also frequently asked if everything would be okay. Maybe the Baiole is not the cheapest but would say it is still appropriate. The toilet was also clean and I didn't see any dirty counter or anything. I hope that more satisfied customers leave a review and not only once disgruntled, who do not give 2 chance, very sad. We were there on June 23, 2020 to have a drink. The Aperol Spritz of my company was definitely WITHOUT sparkling wine / Prosecco. When asked about the operation, it was said that there was one inside. Oh well. Nothing bubbled and just great ice cubes. My apple spritzer was more mineral water than juice. The visit will have been unique!?!

Were there for lunch on Saturday June 20th. About 4 people worked in the service outside and on the ground floor. Only one really had a clue of what he was doing, unfortunately he was hopelessly overwhelmed by what followed in rudeness to the customers. The rest of the service staff were all untrained. Which just led to the overwhelming of the only waiter. I found in the posts below, which was announced 4 weeks ago, that a completely new team is starting. Apparently you didn't manage to get the whole thing going in four weeks. Too bad. What was really embarrassing is that my wife is visibly pregnant and would like an orange juice instead of the sparkling wine at breakfast "Madam". The experienced basement didn't want to do that. It really doesn't work people! In the end, when the rush subsided and we paid, the waiter was more relaxed and polite again. I would recommend the GF: - Flexibility in breakfast when someone wants orange juice instead of sparkling wine, especially when the person is pregnant - Train people better and protect the only acceptable waiter from overload, He saved you from a 1 star rating - to have staff, especially at peak times, who knows what to do. Since the waiter was really cool again at the end, the food was also good and you still have a corona bonus, you get 3 stars. But you were also worth 5 stars !!! Breakfast great as always, but unfortunately no observance of the hygiene rules?: No table cleaning, mouth protection on the chin?

In 2020, a vegan alternative to milk should be a basic requirement. What has now become a matter of course has unfortunately not yet arrived at Babiole. Pity! Addendum: Nice that you read your comments, since now 90% of all cafes in Ravensburg have managed to offer an alternative, I hardly think there is really no demand. So if you take another look at oat milk, for example, it may just take some time before word gets around. Until then, I will award as many stars as I think is appropriate.

Staff was very friendly but somewhat without a plan. Handling and opening the wine bottle should be practiced again. Yeast dough was unfortunately no longer available at 7 p.m. Otherwise it was very nice.

We wanted to have a coffee yesterday, after 45 minutes and ordering twice we still had nothing. There were certainly not many guests, but if no waitress has a plan and only run in a circle, it cannot work. Poor performance !!!!

Has subsided Went upstairs for lunch today. Waited 15 minutes without anyone being interested in us. Have been there many times (the waitresses have always been very friendly, if not the fastest) but today it was really a service desert.

Fast and friendly service, good food and nice ambiance, a small minus point was that almost all the pork menus were kept. Did not ask if there are poultry, but you can write it on the map to the fact that there is no confusion and questions. Otherwise, it is recommended.

The only thing that was missing for me was a vegan milk substitute. I'm allergic to cow milk products so I just had a black coffee which was a, as I like it. We sat upstairs and I'm sure I'll be back when I'm in the area next.

The breakfast is awesome and the French flair with tarte flambée and wine, with the natural interior design can be very romantic in the evening with the partner.

Perfect to eat focaccia but sooo dirty. They have to care their cleaning more
